By signing up for a web account with NSG, we give you access to more than just a resume builder. You can create a total profile listing that includes an online interview, personality test, and sales course test. Each of these categories is listed along with your resume for the employers to recruit you by. Employers are aware of the differences in personalities, interview skills and sales knowledge for each specific candidate, making it easier to be contacted by the right employer.

RESUME TEMPLATES
NSG provides 3 different resume templates to choose from. Each one is specific to the needs of the candidate. The templates design corresponds to the position of each client's career status. We suggest that each client carefully consider these different options with respect to their employment goals. While employers use the total listing to find the right candidate, the right resume peaks their interest to interview.

PERSONALITY TESTING
To determine which "type" of sales is best for our clients, we provide an online personality test that is listed along with your resume. This test demonstrates to employers your inherent abilities as an employee, going beyond your resume highlights. It is important to understand that personality is critical when interviewing with a potential employer. You not only want to perform well but you want to be happy and "in tune" with everyone else at work.

SALES COURSE TESTING

Should you decide to take our sales course (highly recommended), your test will be graded and that score will be applied to your listing. Plus, your listing will appear in RED. This is a priority for employers and will appear when they are searching for candidates. 55% of all candidate contacts go to people who have completed the sales course.
